I am officially out of my restriction period, and can push my shoulder as hard as I want to. I'd say that I'll go pick up something heavy to celebrate, but I just got back from Pennsic where I was probably overdoing it.
Is it "all better?" No. It still aches, but I'm not sure how much of that is from trying to strengthen, how much may be from the wicked bad fall I took a month and a half ago, and how much might be from the repair. Unless/until it goes away, I just can't tell.
But I'm a HELL of a lot better than I was a year and a day ago.
Perhaps in celebration, I'll type up a post about Pennsic. I even took a couple of pictures.
