I just want you all to know...

how very, very much I hate spring.

There are not words to describe how much I miss Seldane.

Great stuff that was. It's amazing that the FDA thinks that a slight change in the formula won't affect how people react to the drug. The only difference between Claritin and Clarinex is the twist to the molecule; the latter works well for me and the former doesn't, while putting me to sleep better than any sleeping pills. Seldane worked well for me, but I don't recall any positive effects from Allegra,

Of course my insurance company doesn't want to pay for clarinex even though it's gone generic, unless I go through all the hoops, again, to prove that all the other stuffs either don't work or put me to sleep. Do they really think I'd rather pay $44 a month for my script if a $15 OTC worked? (My non-formulary co-pay nearly doubled in February with no warning. Even if you can afford it, it's a bit of a shock to get to the pharmacy counter and be charged $20 more than you were expecting.)

On the really, really, off chance that there is something I can do for you shoulder- or other- wise, let me know. I'm almost more mobile already than I was before the surgery last week.

Seldane! Ah that's the name I needed to remember. I don't miss it at all....I am one who had the reaction that caused them to move on to the next generation. Severe heart palpitations...transesophegeal echocardiogram... yeah, that was a rockin' good time.

Yeah, it had some ugly interactions. But that means YOU shouldn't take it, not that *I* should have to suffer miserably every flarking spring and fall.

The next generation is completely and entirely useless. I could eat it like candy, and like candy all it does is give me a stomachache.
