Pennsic Pictures

It was too damn hot to move this year, so I barely took any pictures.  Half of the ones I've got posted on my cube are from last year on the theory that my co-workers can't tell the difference.  But here are the good ones of the very few I took.

I have no idea who she is, but she was beautiful, graceful, and very photogenic.  Probably my best picture.

Oakenwode Hall.  I take a picture of it every year.  Usually standing right about here.

Wolgamut.  I take a picture of them playing under this tree every year too.  There's something to be said for predictability.

Pretty, eh?  Pity they're camped in the parking lot.  Literally.  Surrounded by cars.

This isn't a great picture.  I include it for one reason: note the mud.  It was particularly... mud-like this year.  Neither our road (except where the porta-potty truck got stuck) nor our camp were bad, but I'm told that it was just grusome in some places.  One part of Pennsic I don't enjoy.

Banners snapping in the wind
You're right -- it IS lovely. I'm glad you didn't show the parking lot. Much more magical.
Any idea who they are? I recognize one bit of the Middle's heraldry, and that's about it.

Re: Banners snapping in the wind
I would have liked the banners further up in the frame, but then I'd have had the roof of the SUV that was parked just outside the camp...

I have no clue who that was. It's the kind of display that I associate with Tarragon, and I thought someone said they were up that way, but I just don't know.
