Memories of Childhood

I have a cold.  I have an ear infection.  I have an eye infection.  The eye was crusted shut when I woke up this morning, and the eardum perforated about an hour ago.  I'm currently on the couch with a heating pad on my ear with a towel to soak up the drainage.  I spent lots and lots of holidays this way as a child.

Sigh.
