Sandboxes and Hats

So, I think this thing is attached!

You lookin' at me?

I know it's around here somewhere...

This is my hat right?  Because it fits me better than it fits you.  (thanks to lady_kathryn_r  for the gift of the hat, and to vynehorn  for bringing it back for us.)

Oh thank goodness - we didn't think they were EVER going to put the deformed kitten to bed...

The hat pic is adorable. My goodness, the cheeks!

It's a little horrifying how cute she is, isn't it? Not to mention that she's such a little ham bone that these days she mugs for the camera.

We think we'll keep her. :-)

She looks very grave in the second photo. "Look. It's a foot."

It's a very typical expression for her. She's very solemn when she's taking things in. Then once everything and everyone has been assessed the smile will come out.

I totally approve of The Cuteness, and of Hugh's icon.

And, in a way, it looks like Charlotte is trying out for her first Christmas pageant, with the "halo" of sun rays going on behind her in the sandbox. :) Either that or she has a brilliant idea about her foot. ;)

Oh my - I hadn't even noticed that. Perhaps she is exerting the amazing power of cuteness that prevents mommy from wringing her almost-two-year-old neck on the high "no!" days...

Hey! I when to a lot of work, well not that much work, to frame her with the cover behind her head.

Of course, if she was REALLY in a "no" mood, the sunburst would have served to accentuate the explodey anger look. :D

Just a lovely, lovely little girl!

Isn't she? Behold the amazing power of recessive genes! :-)

Recessive my ass. I can totally see both of you in her.

Way too cute! There's just so much going on in that head and you can see it on her face. You're as doomed as my brother.

Love the pic of Becket and Nishka. I don't think I've ever seen them lounge together like that.

Possibly more doomed. Remember - mine has been raised by cats.

They lounge together a lot. AFTER the human kitten has gone to bed. Usually she curls up and then he comes over and insists on sitting on her. When you're here, it's much too interesting to settle in that thoroughly.
